Photographic creation through the use of mobile applications. Descriptive and functional analysis of a selection of apps
Main Article Content
Abstract
Mobile photography applications (apps) have evolved and improved considerably over the years. These apps have provided professionals with more tools to carry out creative and higher quality projects using their smartphones. In this paper, a descriptive analysis of a selection of photographic apps is carried out, in which the main characteristics of them have been exposed by applying an analysis model with different variables created ad hoc. Finally, the functionality of several apps has been tested in order to evaluate their creative possibilities. It is concluded that the chosen apps offer a large number of creative functions, facilitating the work of both professional photographers and amateur photographers.
