Nota sobre la (no) espiritualidad en Aristóteles

Abstract

This note discusses whether Aristotle postulated a spiritual (pneumatikós) dimension of intellect (as suggested by M.A. García-Jaramillo, in Tópicos 11 (1996), pp. 51-76) or rather attributed only a kind of "separability" (khoristheis) to it. Moreover, the physiological dimension of knowledge is emphasized and the organ (and not the soul itself) is identified as the subject of sensation.
